43 Creating a more inclusive environment Different perspectives help us to better understand customers and strengthen our power to innovate. We are therefore actively committed to achieving greater diversity in our workforce and ensuring equal opportunities and an inclusive environment for all our employees. In line with our sustainability goal of improving the representation of women in the workforce, we hired a higher proportion of women into the workforce versus previous years - 13% versus 10.5% over the previous year. The ratio of women in the workforce has therefore increased to 10% this year, up 1% from the previous reporting period.
