24 Sustainability governance Our governance model provides a strong foundation for developing and defining our sustainability strategy and targets. It ensures that all parts of the organization have a clear understanding of their contribution to sustainability. At the Board level, the Management Committee has the ultimate responsibility for the management, target setting, performance, and long-term success and sustainability of Sai. The VP-HSE and functional heads are responsible for tracking, reporting and review of business performance and status of sustainability initiatives and progress.
