83 Parental leave We provide parental leave in accordance with statutory laws and regulations. Maternity leave is in accordance with the Maternity Benefits Act of 1961 and its subsequent amendments. Maternity leave can be availed twice by an employee during their tenure with Sai. Additionally, three working days are available as paternity leave.
