55 Emission control mechanism We are committed to pioneering advanced emission control mechanisms, employing a range of sophisticated technologies and measures to minimize our environmental impact and ensure the highest standards of air quality in and around our facilities. We prioritize the use of solvents under closed conditions, implementing sealed systems that prevent the release of harmful emissions into the atmosphere. By maintaining a closed-loop operation for solvent usage, we significantly minimize the escape of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), enhancing environmental safety and reducing atmospheric pollution. Utilizing primary and secondary condensers plays a pivotal role in preventing the release of VOCs. These condensers effectively capture and condense VOCs from various processes, allowing for their safe and controlled management. By employing these measures, we ensure maximum VOC recovery and significantly reduce emissions into the environment. Our production blocks, dispensing areas and acid storage tanks are equipped with multistage scrubbers, strategically placed to purify emissions at the source. These advanced scrubbers efficiently capture and treat pollutants, allowing for the safe release of cleaned air, minimizing the impact on the surrounding environment and ensuring compliance with stringent emission control standards. Fume hoods and ventilated balance enclosures are integrated with wet scrubbers, ensuring that emissions from these sources are effectively purified. This technology guarantees that any contaminants released are immediately captured and treated, safeguarding air quality and environmental safety within our premises. Our use of specialized containment systems like Powder Transfer Systems, Iso-charges and Drum Containment Systems ensures that potentially hazardous materials are handled in enclosed environments. This approach prevents the escape of participate matter or pollutants, significantly reducing emissions during material transfer and handling processes.
