Most of us have unique interests and pursuits. Omkar has one that stands out – Save Planet Earth. With support from five Saimers - Mallikarjun, Veershetty, Ashok, Rajkumar and Nagendra, Omkar has created a nursery – started with seeds collected from trees in the plant premises, and scrap materials such as green cloth, MS pipes and Aluminium wires recycled for building the canopy. The Nursery houses over one hundred plants. Varieties include Cashew, Mango, Drumstick and flower plants. Foliage plants that emit a high amount of oxygen are also part of the collection being nurtured at the Nursery.
