Last year, the avid marathoner completed a distance of 1,500 km during training sessions. His personal bests include: • 1K in 3:55 mins • 5K in 21:36 min • 10K in 45:17 min • Half marathon in 1:44:31 hours • Full marathon in 4:19:10 hours Why does Tarun run? “Running releases more than just sweat. It generates positive and progressive thoughts. I feel a lot more active and happier after daily running of around 10 km,” he says. 11
