The OE approach is focused on meeting customer needs and is a new way of working that emphasizes collaboration, employee involvement and elimination of all types of waste. Accelerating delivery Our commitment to our customers is backed by efficient systems and processes tracking Ontime In full (OTIF) product delivery as a Key Performance Indicator (KPI). This approach enables full visibility across the entire end-to-end manufacturing process. Our OE program has laid out shopfloor-level KPIs tracking that helps us contribute to OTIF in a reliable way. Currently, we are focused on Batch cycle time and Product changeover cleaning among others as key levers. Shopfloor tracking and continual improvement are possible due to daily monitoring and prompt actions by the Area Effectiveness Team (AET) and Area Effectiveness Team (SET) together.
