38 Defined goals, steadfast action We are steadfast on the sustainability path as we make conscious moves to empower as well as create new opportunities for our employees to grow with the organization. Increasing the representation of women in our workforce has been a stated priority for the company, with a specific Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs) dedicated to it: Diversity related SDG: Create more opportunities for women and increase the percentage of women employees in the total workforce to 18%. Over the past five years, we have increased the percentage of women in our workforce from 9% to 14% despite a 50% increase in the overall staff strength during the same period.
