39 Human rights We consider human rights and wellbeing of our employees as fundamental and essential to sustainable growth. Our approach to human rights is guided by our policy on human rights which is aligned to the Universal declaration of Human Rights and the core Labor Standards set out by the International Labour Organization. We have strengthened our commitment to social accountability and treat our employees and workforce ethically and in compliance with global standards through our robust policies related to labour and human rights.
