41 Key employee benefits Mandatory annual health check-up program for all employees: Physical examinations, blood tests, major organ screenings, and consultations are conducted across all the sites for our employees’ well-being. At our manufacturing unit, we provide free doctor’s consultation (including specialists), for all the employees and family members at empanelled hospitals in Bidar. Health Insurance: All employees are covered under group medical policy that includes accident coverage and accident for which premium is paid by the company. Paid leaves/ leave encashment: In addition to Annual leaves, we provide parental, marriage and bereavement leaves. Unused leaves are carried forward / encashed with a capping.
