42 We believe in overall development of employees and continuously strive to provide them with technical and behavioural training opportunities. Our technical trainings (SOPs) are assigned through our Learning Management Systems (LMS) platform and we also nominate employees for external technical trainings / conferences. We have subscribed to two soft skills learning platforms for behavioural trainings -- Percipio and Harappa. While Percipio platform is used for Level 1, 2 & 3 employees, Harappa caters to Level 4 & 5 employees. Harappa is a new self paced learning platform with an insightful and engaging content and unique delivery system consisting of instructional pedagogy, community management, behavioural science, and education technology. Around 140 users completed 400 training hours on this versatile soft skill training platform. We tie up with external trainers and conduct classroom trainings for addressing business specific behavioural training needs. Some of the trainings conducted last year include: • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) training (5 batches, with 25 participants per batch) • Mission Everest – full day outbound team building workshop (40 participants) • Team Building - Make it Better together - full day outbound team building workshop with CMC leaders (25 participants) We conduct Client Relationship Management (CRM) training program as a part of our larger effort to raise the bar for customer focus at Sai and enable each of our employees to be our brand ambassadors and lead this transformation.
