Comprehensive trainings are conducted on the proper storage, handling and disposal of chemicals and specialized sessions on the identification, containment, and proper disposal of hazardous waste, coupled with spillage response procedures to minimize risks. Other training topics include MSDS, Fire Protection System, On Site Emergency Plan, First Aid Care, Gas Cylinder safety, Hazards of Nitrogen, Spill collection procedure, Near Miss/Incident Reporting System, Hazard & Risk, Risk assessment, PPE, Laboratory safety, Industrial Hygiene, good housekeeping practices. Training sessions on the correct selection, usage and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) tailored to specific job roles and potential hazards. Educational sessions on fire prevention, proper use of fire extinguishers and excavation procedures in cases of a fire emergency. We developed audio visual Videos trainings are also conducted on critical safety topics as part of our Gurukul-LMS (Learning Management System).
