65 Emergency awareness We recognize the importance of being prepared for emergencies and ensuring that our workforce is equipped to respond effectively. Our comprehensive emergency awareness programs encompass mock drills, fire-fighting training and more, all aimed to encourage a culture of safety and preparedness. Mock drills are conducted at regular intervals to test the efficacy of on-site emergency plan. We have engaged a retired fire officer for training ERT (Emergency Response Team) members on firefighting, first-aid and evacuation procedures. During the mock drills, importance is placed on evacuation protocols to ensure that employees can safely exit areas affected by electrical issues. Emergency escape routes are placed at strategic locations across the facility for easy visibility to all the employees. We conduct regular fire mock drill where our employees get familiarized with fire extinguishers which enhances their ability to respond promptly and effectively. We have established a high potent production block at our manufacturing unit in the reporting year. Containment validation conducted at High potent production facility consisting of various containment equipment such as warehouse dispensing isolator, ANFD dispensing isolator and powder processing isolators connected with continuous liner ports, packing isolators achieved containment performance target of 0.1 µg/m3.
