New process engineering block completed
A very important flexible facility has been added to our unit 2 site allowing us to give improved scale up solutions to our clients. Affordability, reproducible and transferable scale up solutions are the goal of any organisation seeking to maximise the efficiency of final drug manufacture. The new site allows us to generate engineering data such as reaction kinetics, heat mapping, mixing requirements, temp sensitivity and impurity formation. Equally the distillation, filtration, drying process can be maximised.
The facility has a mix of equipment at different scales which work under GMP conditions. Filters, Centrifuge, ANF, dryers
Specialised equipment including lyophilizer and short path distillation unit.
Parallel reactors set up with a turbidity probe
Single fluid utility non-aqueous media with automation on both the process and utility sides

– Roto Cone Vacuum Dryer
– Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer
Further PE equipment is planned for installation early in the new year 2018. These are listed below:

CPhI Japan 2017
We had some great meetings at CPhI Japan. Clients are very much reassured by our capabilities and the fact that we have PMDA accreditation at Bidar for manufacturing.
We left the halls very optimistic about the prospects of increasing our business footprint in this very important market.
