Sai Life Sciences SCM shines with awards in Supply Risk and Supplier Relationship Management

Sai Life Sciences won two awards at the recently concluded 2nd SCMPro India Procurement Leadership Forum & Awards 2020, in the categories of Supply Risk Management and Supplier Relationship Management. The awards were selected by a panel of eminent academicians and industry leaders to recognize organizations and individuals who exhibit outstanding approaches in creating compliant and sustainable supply chains.

In the category of ‘Supply Risk Management’ the award was given to Sai Life Sciences in recognition of the company’s methodologies adopted in business risk identification, assessment and mitigation, the most recent example of which being the proactive response of the team to the COVID-19 virus outbreak.

The award in the category of ‘Supplier Relationship Management’ was given for the robust and transparent protocols for partner identification & assessment and for the ‘SMART’ partner development plan that underscores long term sustainability & business continuity.

"With the global business environment constantly changing, monitoring risk is becoming vital for our overall success. This award is a testament to our dedication to our supply partners, who we truly collaborate and partner with" said Arun Kumar Kundapur, Associate Vice President & Head SCM at Sai Life Sciences.

The awards function witnessed participation from several senior leaders from pharma, FMCG, information & technology, BFSI, and consumer care industries.
