Sai Life Sciences wins National Award for Excellence in Energy Management for the third consecutive year

What we know stands reaffirmed, for the third year in a row.

In the 23rd National Awards for Excellence in Energy Management, Sai Life Sciences Bidar manufacturing facility has been recognized as an “Energy Efficient Unit” in the General Sector category. The assessment parameters for the annual Award, instituted by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), include energy-efficient and sustainable practices to reduce thermal and electrical energy consumption, and improving the use of renewable energy year-on-year.

Out of 457 companies that participated under 15 sectors, 187 were shortlisted and the top 108 companies were recognized as 'Energy Efficient Units'.

Recently the Energy Management System of Bidar Manufacturing Unit received the ISO 50001:2018 certification.

Our congratulations to the Bidar team for undertaking innovative and sustainable initiatives and making a positive impact on the energy ecosystem.
