Sai Life Sciences inducts 96 trainees across campuses in India

"I just got my first pair of safety shoes and I'm thrilled! Exploring the facility for the first time is such a joy!" - Spurthi R, Trainee, Medicinal Chemistry, Shamirpet.

Ushering in a season of new beginnings, we welcomed 96 trainees across our campuses in India. These young individuals have been selected from eight colleges across Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu, in India, and joined our integrated R&D campus in Shamirpet and our flagship API manufacturing unit in Bidar.

The trainees have been placed in departments such as Production, Process Engineering, HSE, QA/QC, Engineering, Stores, Medicinal Chemistry, Biology and Pre-Sales, among others. This diverse placement ensures they gain comprehensive insights into our operations while actively contributing to our ongoing projects.

At Sai Life Sciences, our trainee programs are designed to onboard fresh talent and provide mentorship and hands-on experience, enabling them to gain first-hand knowledge of the operations in the CRO-CDMO space and setting the stage for their professional growth.

The influx of new talent enriches our workplace culture, injecting new ideas and energy into every facet of our operations. We believe in fostering an environment where collaboration, learning, and personal growth thrive, ensuring our trainees develop both professionally and personally.
